File setup, turnaround and delivery

Supply a press-ready PDF with fonts outlined, images at 300 dpi for small format or 100–150 dpi at full size for large format, CMYK colour and 0.125" bleed with a 0.125" safe margin. Large-format files can be built at 1:4 scale as long as it's noted in your order.

Every file is checked for size, bleed, resolution, colour space, spot colours and cut paths before it goes to press. If something needs fixing we contact you before production starts, and your order sits in the Awaiting Artwork stage until it's resolved.

Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Rush is 2 business days and same-day is available when press capacity allows. Turnaround starts once your file passes preflight, not when the order is placed.

Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout and we email you as soon as the job clears finishing. Shipping is available Canada-wide with tracked carriers, and oversized rigid signs ship on skids or freight where required.

A digital proof is provided on request for every order at no charge. Hard-copy and press proofs are available for colour-critical work and are quoted per job.

Yes. Every completed order in your account has a reorder button that loads the same specifications and artwork back into your cart.
